WEIGHTLIFTING at SYST[EM] Athletics is a specialized class led by our USA Weightlifting (USAW) certified coach, Thomas Watson. Designed for both beginners and experienced lifters, this program focuses on Olympic weightlifting techniques, including the snatch and clean & jerk. Olympic weightlifting builds explosive strength, improves coordination, and enhances overall athleticism, making it an excellent supplement to our SYSTEM60 program.
