    Under the guidance of our certified coaches, you'll master the art of the snatch and clean and jerk, two iconic Olympic lifts known for building explosive strength and agility. Through structured training sessions, you'll enhance your technique, develop muscular precision, and gain confidence in your lifting abilities.

    Emmy is dedicated to helping athletes realize their potential and push their boundaries through various means of training.
    She uses a systematic approach to each individual athlete and aims to bridge the gap between sports psych/science and training to provide blueprints and programs for optimal performance.
